Eastside K&B was recommended to me by a designer, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and this was easily one of the best remodeling experiences I’ve had. They were responsive, friendly, reliable, and incredibly solution-oriented. Remodeling projects always seem to come with a few curveballs, but whenever something unexpected came up, they immediately had options and solutions. They also kept one of the cleanest worksites I’ve ever experienced during a remodel, which made a huge difference. I especially appreciated their online calendar, which clearly showed the project timeline and when each stage of the work was scheduled. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Drew, the owner, was very engaged from start to finish and continued to follow up even after the project was completed. Neri, who handled much of the hands-on work, does tremendous work and had an incredible amount of patience with all of our little requests and finishing details. Another huge positive: there were no surprise costs. Unfortunately, that can be rare with contractors, so it was refreshing to have such clear expectations and transparency. This was my second major renovation project with Eastside Kitchen & Bath (I moved).  I liked them so much the first time I didn't even consider calling anyone else, and the second project was even better, which I didn't think was possible.  Kate really great care of me during the design process and Alex was such a pleasurable, personable and FANTASTIC Project Manager!!  Any issues (they were minor) were brought to me with the solution already established.  They finished not only on time but a few days early and on budget. We just wrapped up our significant kitchen remodel with EKB and I cannot stress enough how un-stressful and lovely the whole process was even though we (with two young kids) lived in the home while work was being done. Drew has built an incredible team. He's involved in the planning and design process, and when work started Neri the project manager kept everything moving so seamlessly. He would inform me each day what work was going to happen, who was coming to do the work and when they'd arrive, and any considerations we needed (like staying out of the house while floors were being stained). Everyone who came to work at our house was wonderful, kind, and it felt comfortable to have them in our home- literally from design specialist Kate, to the incredible demo crew, to painter, plumbers, electricians, cabinet installation (Neri and Vannak did amazing), Shawn the tile man, flooring refinishers, and the end-of-project cleaners- everyone. I didn't have to arrange anything or sort any project logistics out- Neri did all of that (and built a rad custom bay window bench!) and it was crucial part of our fantastic experience with EKB. You know it's a good team when the project is done and your kids say "I miss those kitchen guys! I'm kinda sad they're done!". We hired Eastside Kitchen & Bath to renovate two bathrooms in our 1904 Victorian in Queen Anne — a full primary bath with a clawfoot tub nook under a dormer ceiling and a girls' bath with a tub/shower combo — and they absolutely delivered. Drew was outstanding from start to finish. He was fair, clear, and upfront about scope, timeline, and budget from the very first walkthrough. No surprises, no hidden costs, no vague answers. When we asked detailed questions about framing, tile installation, and material compatibility, they answered with confidence and honesty — including telling us when something wouldn't work or wasn't worth the spend. That kind of transparency is rare. Alex was organized, professional, and gave us complete clarity on what the finished rooms would look like, timelines, etc. He went above and beyond multiple times to ensure things were always clean and tidy when we got home, everything was protected, etc. Additionally, our households schedule is quite hectic and he was exceptional at always being clear on timelines, what to expect, when to expect people, etc. Alex made the overall process so much easier and eliminated the anxiety that comes with a major renovation. The crew's craftsmanship was excellent — from the Calacatta Umber marble work to the Bedrosians Celine tile installation in the shower to the hex mosaic flooring throughout. They handled tricky Victorian-era construction challenges (sloped ceilings, old framing, tight spaces) without drama. The tile work in particular is flawless. What impressed us most was how collaborative the entire process felt. Drew and Alex weren't just executing a plan — they were thinking alongside us, offering suggestions that elevated the design, flagging potential issues before they became problems, and making sure every detail was right. They treated our home with respect and our vision with care. If you have an older home in Seattle and want a team that understands the character of these houses while delivering a modern, high-quality result — Eastside Kitchen & Bath is who you want. We recently worked with Eastside Kitchen & Bath on a mudroom and playroom renovation, and we had a great experience from start to finish. Drew, the owner, attended the major milestone meetings which gave us confidence that our project was important to the company. Drew was professional, approachable, and invested in making sure everything went smoothly. Alex, our project manager, was exceptional. He was incredibly communicative, responsive, and always open to ideas and feedback. At no point did he make us feel like a burden for asking questions or bringing up concerns. Instead, he consistently listened, offered thoughtful solutions, and made the entire process feel collaborative. The projects were completed ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. Even after the work was finished, Alex has remained available for follow-up questions and advice, which speaks volumes about their commitment to clients. Drew and his team were able to manage some repairs and updates, on short notice, to a home we bought and were moving into. They were efficient, on time, protected spaces and kept the home clean. And everyone was genuinely nice and cared about doing excellent work. Communication was timely, using an App as well as email. We recently completed a full renovation of the entire upper level of our home, and the experience was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. The company exceeded all of our expectations. The level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail was truly impressive. Every stage of the process was handled with great care and precision, which is something rare to find. Their commitment to excellence and to delivering high-quality work was evident throughout the entire project. A special recognition goes to Neri, our project manager. He was absolutely amazing. He arrived early every day and often worked late, always dedicated, committed, and attentive to every detail. He is the kind of professional who truly makes a difference in a renovation. Additionally, Kate, our designer, was great in understanding what we were trying to accomplish, and worked diligently to find great products for our renovation. Another point worth highlighting is that the project finished on time with minimal disruption once they were able to clear the permit stage which of course is out of their control. Finally, we wanted to highlight the cleanliness of the job site. Unlike what is commonly experienced during construction projects, at the end of each day the work areas were thoroughly organized and cleaned. This shows not only professionalism, but also respect for our home and our family’s routine. This was hands-down the best remodel experience we’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t work with anyone else in the future. Drew’s team — especially Alex and Kate — was truly the perfect group to trust with our home. Our house in Bellevue is my wife’s childhood home, and while we love living here, it hadn’t been updated since 1976. We hired Drew’s team to do a full remodel of our kitchen, bathrooms, and upstairs, and they exceeded every expectation. They finished ahead of schedule and on budget, which alone feels almost unheard of in the remodeling world. This project was a very large financial commitment for us, and Drew was incredibly careful and thoughtful during the bidding process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, was honest about costs, and never pushed us in directions that didn’t make sense for our priorities. That level of trust mattered a lot to us. Kate was involved at every step to make sure the design matched exactly what we envisioned. Her eye for detail and design is exceptional, and she made sure everything — from big choices to small finishes — came together beautifully. We also have an 8-month-old baby, which made managing a remodel especially challenging. Drew went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible for us by sending constant photo updates, walking us through progress on FaceTime, and keeping communication clear and frequent so we always knew what was happening without needing to be on site. You always hear horror stories about how difficult remodels can be — but our experience was the opposite. The process was organized, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable, and the final result is something we love living in every day. Alex is an excellent communicator and has the best attitude.  He gives you confidence that everything will get done and he delivers on that promise. I recommend this team 100% without hesitation. EKB did our large kitchen and master bath remodel in 2020. It's held up extremely well. We called this year 2026 to find a replacement piece for our shower that we wanted and they were responsive, assisted to help us find the piece we needed, and even did a review of the work. They noticed a small spot by our tub where the grout had a small spot missing. They filled it quickly. EKB was great to work with during our remodel and have been great even after 6 years!
