Such a great experience from start to finish. We remodeled our kitchen during COVID and then a little over a year later remodeled the primary bathroom.
The company is tech savvy and are happy to correspond electronically, they even have an app for sharing project progress and pictures.
Not only were they professional when it came to COVID regulations, they also left the worksite constantly clean. Like actually clean. Basically as they were demoing, I could hear the vacuum running almost simultaneously.
They laid out special cardboard to protect the floors and also were mindful of the cabinets that were previously painted.
Finally they were really great about letting us know immediately if any changes to the plan needed to happen.
10/10 would go with them for any kitchen or bath remodel moving forward. Loved their work and them as a company.
Work they did in kitchen: lower center island to one height, moving the outlets on the island, new sink and fixture, new countertops and backsplash.

He was always quick to responded even on weekends and evenings... and we never felt like it was an inconvenience... He listened to our needs and ensured that our issues were addressed in a timely matter...
All their subcontractors were all professional and did great work...
Also, even after the project was completed, they are still available if anything arises...

We loved everyone we worked with at Eastside but our project manager Alex really made the project seamless. He kept everything on schedule, was so communicative, and solved every problem before it came up and then let us know the plan to resolve the issues. We ended up adding on multiple additional projects with EKB because they were so easy to work with including swapping all our interior doors, redoing all our upstairs baseboards, and painting the exterior of our house. All the work was lovely and everyone from their team was polite, communicative, and hard working. We picked a lot of small tiles which meant the tilers, Sean and Jeff, were here for several weeks and they did beautiful work.

Eastside Kitchen and Bath partitioned off my granny flat on the lower level of our house, and installed a kitchen from the ground up. The results are magnificent ! The process was painless and flawless from beginning to end. When I requested a bid for the project, I was sent a 3D rendering along with a line item breakdown of all costs. I could see immediately that the team knew exactly what I wanted and how it would be implemented. Neri, the project manager, was a delight to work with. He is precise, meticulous, dependable and communicative. I was provided a schedule and everything was done on time. Eastside Kitchen and Bath, and Neri in particular, are highly skilled and professional. I recommend them without reservation !

From presale to project closeout the EKB team was awesome. Not everything was perfect like most construction projects but they continued to do the right thing by us to ensure we were satisfied with the end product and obsessed over details that I never would have caught. We love Eastside Kitchen & Bath! Quality. Integrity. On Time. Communicative. A++ and 5 STARS! Zach is wonderful to work with, and Neri is the best PM I've met. Good people. So what did we do? We took our master bathroom "down to the studs" literally. We removed 2 sinks (separate), jacuzzi tub, removed a gas fireplace. And then we completely remade a new bathroom -- see the photos. Worked with Molly at Rosen's (great partner for plumbing). What can I say? We absolutely WILL use them for remodeling our kitchen in 2025.

We just wrapped up our master bath remodel and we could not be happier. Eastside + team were excellent from start to finish. These folks are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for: excellent work. Special shoutout to our project manager Neri who is hands down the best contractor EVER. Not only is Neri good at what he does, he is a true professional, kind and patient. We will be working with Eastside again...cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had a great time working with Eastside Kitchen & Bath. Brandon on the design team was fantastic to work with and was able to not only find options in our budget to meet our vision, but also provide local options as well which I appreciated. Alex was our project manager for the 2nd half of our project, but he was a welcome change as the 1st one left EKB. Alex did a great job catching up and keeping our project on schedule, answering our questions and getting us anything we needed. Not to mention that they removed a wall and put in a huge island for us!

We just finished our kitchen remodel with the Eastside team. It was an easy and smooth experience (you don't hear that often with remodels!). This was our first major house project so it was great having the designer, Brandon, lead us through the millions of flooring, cabinet, and tile choices.
It was tough living in the house while having no kitchen, but they did a good job of making sure dust didn't escape the work area and even better the kitchen was functional and ready within the schedule set out at the beginning. Our general manager, Alex, communicated with us daily by text and he made sure all their sub contractors did good work in a timely manner. Honestly the work was good to begin with, but if there was a problem or it wasn't done well, Zack and Alex were quick to get someone back to the house to make it look perfect.
Overall Eastside is not the cheapest option on the market, but in return we had a hassle free experience and are left with exactly what we wanted when it came to our kitchen.

Eastside Kitchen & Bath replaced the tile and plumbing fixtures in our shower and guest shower/bath tub. Eastside designed the project, listened to our views and provided extensive help in choosing the tile type, size, and color. Neri, the project manager & jack of all trades, was attentive to detail and kept us informed as the project progressed. He helped in so many ways to insure successful results. The plumbing contractors & the men installing the shower doors were very efficient. Shawn & Jeff who tiled and grouted both rooms did an outstanding job. The entire team were very supportive of both small and rather significant changes that we requested during the project. Overall we were very satisfied with both the final results and the entire process.

Eastside did a full restoration of our bathroom after extensive damage and a conversion of our bathtub to walk-in shower. We were impressed by the competent management of Kerry, who coordinated the flow of work, keeping us informed daily of who was coming when, keeping a meticulous check on the work, ensuring that each step was done well before moving ahead. The worksite and our home stayed tidy throughout, and the result is beautiful! We highly recommend this company.

Kody, the estimator, chatted with me over the phone and talked about the scope and set expectations on cost before we met in person for the estimate. When the time for the estimate came, Kody sat down with us first and talked over what exactly we were looking for in the bathrooms. The difference here with other companies we looked at was huge - other companies got right to measuring the space before really talking about what we were looking for.
Once the design phase started, we worked with Brandon, the designer. Again, Brandon listened to us and provided excellent guidance and feedback during the design phase. We’re thrilled with the custom cabinets that he designed.

Eastside Kitchen and Bath is a rare combination of top-notch craftsmanship, quality, customer service and down-to-earth pricing. We did a $300k+ remodel with these guys where we fully remodeled the kitchen, all bathrooms and two fireplaces + did a bunch of custom stuff and we could not have been happier with our result and the experience. Our remodeled home looks absolutely spectacular and wows all the guests that visit us; but what was really remarkable is how surprisingly pleasant it was to deal with EKB along the way. EKB folks have built a detailed plan of execution, communicated very well, did things on time, but most importantly: went out of their way to make necessary adjustments as the remodel was progressing and were very receptive to our feedback and requests. Outstanding company, we would highly recommend them.

We hired EKB to remodel our kitchen for a large kitchen remodel, they gutted the kitchen, tore down walls and moved windows. Throughout the project, their communication was excellent. They use an app to keep you informed on what is scheduled to happen each day, and every day someone showed up to do exactly what was promised. They cleaned up every night, and took extra care to keep dust out of our heating system and keep the construction out of our other living spaces. In the few circumstances when we ran into a minor challenge, they handled them professionally, came up with great solutions and any necessary change orders were all fair. Their subcontractors for electrical, pluming and drywall did a great job too. Most importantly, their work was excellent, we were back in our kitchen on the exact day they promised, the people that were in our home to work were incredibly talented and kind and they finished within our budget. I highly recommend this company to anyone!!

EKB remodeled our master bathroom. They did a great job listening to what we wanted and were awesome at working with us to make our vision a reality. They provided excellent advice and guidance on the design possibilities. The project entailed ripping the old master bathroom to the studs, swapping locations of shower and bath footprints, and moving a window to a different location. Their team of price estimator, project managers, design specialist, and general contractor worked well together. They were sensitive to our concerns and were responsive to address them.

Hearing horror stories from other's experiences made starting to look for a company to remodel two bathrooms in our home a stressful process. We both felt so lucky when we contacted and agreed to use Eastside Kitchen and Bath for the remodel of our master bath and an upstairs guest bathroom. Eastside Kitchen and Bath did a down-to-the-studs remodel for our en suite bathroom in early 2020. They did an amazing job! The estimate was very accurate, the work was beautifully done, and the project manager was a superstar about keeping us informed as the work progressed. There were three "best things" about this project.
The first was that we could absolutely depend on their schedule. If they said the shower tile was being installed on Tuesday afternoon, then the shower tile was installed on Tuesday afternoon.
The second was that both the project manager and the head construction worker were really good at noticing things that might go wrong and fixing them before there was actually a problem. Sometimes when a problem did occur, we did not find out about it until after it had been fixed. And none of these problems affected the schedule in any substantial way.
The third was that the end result is beautiful! The materials work the way they should, the fittings are precise, the finishes are lovely.
We have two friends who were having bathroom remodels done at the same time as ours. Everyone we worked with from EK&B was awesome, and the subs kept telling me how much they loved working with them, too. One sub explained that with other general contractors, they constantly had to guess what their schedule would be, but if EK&B said they would be needed in a given week, then that would be when they were needed.
The price was far from the cheapest estimate we got, but we definitely got our money's worth. If I were ever going to remodel a kitchen or bath in the Seattle area again, I would not even bother getting estimates from anyone else. The work was just so good and the process so close to painless that I can't imagine choosing some other contractor.
The first was that we could absolutely depend on their schedule. If they said the shower tile was being installed on Tuesday afternoon, then the shower tile was installed on Tuesday afternoon.
The second was that both the project manager and the head construction worker were really good at noticing things that might go wrong and fixing them before there was actually a problem. Sometimes when a problem did occur, we did not find out about it until after it had been fixed. And none of these problems affected the schedule in any substantial way.
The third was that the end result is beautiful! The materials work the way they should, the fittings are precise, the finishes are lovely.

Eastside Kitchen and Bath did a complete gut and remodel of our condo galley kitchen. Brandon, the designer, took my wants and color scheme ideas to produce the kitchen of my dreams. Vannak, the project manager became almost like family. I was impressed by the work ethic of all who did work on the kitchen. Lucky we live only one flight of steps up. The power went out all over the area we live in just as the folks delivering the counter slab got off the elevator with the first piece. They brought the rest of them up the stairs. I highly recommend them.

As a general contractor who specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodels, I can tell you that Drew's business, Eastside Kitchen and Bath is the best remodel business in this area by far! We work in the same area and on the same style projects so it's rare to hear anyone in my position say this, they are what every business is trying to become. They are the Michael Jordan of our industry!

The Eastside Kitchen and Bath crew not only met expectations, but also exceeded them in every way. The were communicative, easy to work with, helped me to stay within budget and got everything done in a timely manner. Not only that, they cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned up after me! I was doing some work in my front yard and left some debris, and they swept it up and took it to the dump for me. Once everything was done they put everything back better than before and also had one of the best cleaning crews clean my house. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor and will recommend them for the rest of my life. You can’t go wrong hiring this team! Thanks again, Drew!

Highly recommend Eastside Kitchen and Bath for all Interior Remodel needs. The entire staff is great! They assisted in design and construction, which included customizing a wine bar as well as kitchen island and vanities. Our place was a complete remodel from floors to new kitchen cabinets and new bathrooms. It looks phenomenal! Our place was over 20 years old and we updated to a contemporary style.

Wow, believe all the reviews you see here! Drew and his team are extraordinarily professional, they will turn your dream into reality. From the quoting process, design and planning, material selection and execution, they were on point every day, on the schedule they created. They were enormously responsive to any changes we wanted through the process and the whole team felt like people you have known forever. We can't say enough about them. The team also took great pains to prep and protect the entire work area and path to the work area, cleaning every day and ending with a whole professional cleaning crew. They only used the best quality materials and kept us tied into every detail of what they were doing.... everyday, hour by hour, like clockwork... They are not cheap, but when you want the best....

We are so happy with our new bathroom! Our concerns were addressed immediately. We had one requested change to our vanity that was handled in 30 minutes. Every day before leaving the team cleaned up, which was very much appreciated. They even sent cleaners in on the last day to make the new space spotless, and cleaned the bedroom that is connected! It went better than expected and is more beautiful than imagined. I'm recommending them to everyone I know! (Ask for Eugene to be your tile guy.)

We had our bathroom gutted and rebuilt by Eastside Kitchen and Bath. I was very nervous at first but as soon as they started I knew I had picked the right company. The whole team is very professional, precise, easy to talk to and always willing to answer any questions in a very timely manner. They do AMAZING work and were very good at cleaning up each night before they left. I would highly recommend them. The owner even took the time twice to meet me at the supply company to help me pick out tile, flooring, trim etc which was such a huge help. Great work guys. Thank you!

My experience with Eastside Kitchen and Bath was the best!! Their profesionall staff is always courteous and attentive to the customer needs. They come in on time and on budget. Everything they do is a cut above the regular grade. They may not be cheap, but the experience is well worth the price!!!!!

I could not be more pleased with our kitchen and bath remodel. Drew and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. The job site was always neat and clean and any questions we had were always addressed immediately. I would absolutely recommend them to my closest friends and family. Drew and his team at EKB remodeled our entire house. We had them install new floors, all new kitchen cabinets, a new kitchen island, two new bathrooms from the ground up, a re-designed fireplace, and they painted our entire interior. The team has great communication skills. They kept us informed through the entire process. Drew and his team are very valuable with both design and structural ideas - they have seen enough to give you constructive feedback that will improve your outcome. They pivot quickly. During the construction we changed our minds on several items. They understood and re-did the work plan to accommodate our changing needs. The team was VERY CLEAN! Each day they cleaned up from their work before they left. We are thrilled without result. We had a tight budget and Drew and the team communicated throughout the process how we were doing to budget. This was very appreciated and we came in right where our initial budget had been (except two changes we made). We just got done with an extensive 3 month home renovation using Eastside Kitchen and Bath. My wife and I have only good things to say about Drew and his crew. They did a fantastic job, were always in communication with me and worked flexibly aroud our schedules. They were very professional and made it a point to minimize any disruptions for us since we were living at the home throughout the renovation. I have been through a few home remodels in my life and they have all been very stressful, except this one. Incidentally, this remodel also happened to be the most extensive remodel I have taken on. Eastside Kitchen and Bath had been recommended by a friend of mine and I am so happy I went with the recommendation. Of course, there are minor things that come up and they are a bit more expensive than I had originally anticipated but the quality of the work and service excellence was well worth the price.
Drew, Zach, Alex and all the rest, formed an awesome team. They answered the phone when I called with questions, and they showed up when they said they would show up. They were ALWAYS professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t fit the stereotype of the unreliable contractor; in fact, they are just the opposite. No sketchy characters in my home and that was a great relief, just knowledgeable, kind professionals.
Most importantly, their work is exceptional and extremely detailed. They take pride in their work as if it was going to be their own home. My kitchen and bath remodel exceeded my dreams of what things would look like. I am not a home decorator and I found Drew invaluable in helping me pick the correct colors. We are a cabinet manufacturer who has supplied Eastside Kitchen and Bath for many, many jobs. We go on hundreds of job sites every year to measure and consult for dozens of contractors, so we pretty much have a lot of perspective on how these businesses are run. I have to say that East Side runs a pretty tight operation based on (a) job site organization and staffing, (b) responsiveness to customers and suppliers, (c) the very favorable attitudes of their customers whom we meet during the project, and occasionally after it is done. Very impressive operation from start to finish! They tell us when they want their cabinets well ahead of time, and they are ready to receive them then. That tells me they do what they say they will do, and frankly, that is pretty unusual in my experience.

Eastside Kitchen and Bath is a top-notch firm. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom in mid-October and needed it done before Thanksgiving. Drew committed to this short timeframe and even finished a week ahead of time. Without exception, his crew was competent, punctual, friendly, and was very attentive to minimizing noise, dust, odors, and normal disruptions. Drew himself participated with us in the choosing of the shower tile and flooring, and remained hands-on throughout the remodel. And when we needed a minor electrical problem dealt with a full seven weeks after job completion, Drew didn’t hesitate to send his electrician to out house to make things right. He’s a contractor you can trust, and we couldn’t be happier with our bathroom remodel!

It is easy to give this company five stars. They are down to earth guys who like what they do and it shows. Within a few weeks we had a great looking bathroom and could not be happier. The whole crew are courteous, punctual and trustworth. We had no problem getting ahold of them for questions and have great customer service skills. We will be hiring them again in the future.
