This Kirkland remodel brought new life to the kitchen, living room, and primary bathroom of a home that was ready for a major transformation. The client’s goals were to open up the main living area and reimagine the master suite, which had already been demoed due to a prior leak. We removed a load-bearing wall and completed structural framing to create a bright, open-concept layout. In the primary bathroom, we added new windows for natural light, a larger walk-in shower, and a freestanding tub with a floor-mounted faucet framed by a custom stained wood shelf along the perimeter.
The kitchen was completely redesigned for better flow and functionality, featuring painted shaker cabinetry, a porcelain tile backsplash, quartz countertops, and oak hardwood flooring throughout. Can lighting, under-cabinet lighting, and a statement dining room fixture brought in layered illumination, while a full interior paint job and updated wood base trim added the finishing touches.
