Sammamish home remodel

For this Sammamish remodel, we were brought in by Deering Design to help complete the transformation of a home that had already undergone extensive updates. The remaining spaces — the living room, kitchen, and breakfast nook — needed to be modernized and seamlessly integrated with the rest of the house. Our scope included painting the existing living room cabinetry, installing all-new kitchen cabinets, replacing the main floor with white oak hardwood, and updating base molding for a clean, cohesive look.

To enhance functionality and flow, we removed an exterior door to create a true breakfast nook, relocated lighting to accommodate the new kitchen layout, and introduced thoughtful material selections throughout. The kitchen features slim shaker and slab door cabinets with under-cabinet lighting for both function and ambiance. A striking quartzite fireplace with a walnut mantel serves as a focal point in the living area, while quartz countertops provide durability and elegance in the kitchen.

Total Investment: $250,000
