This Sammamish whole-home remodel was designed to bring a cohesive, elegant feel to every space. Brought in by our design partner at Elegant Simplicity, we were tasked with flawlessly executing a vision that blended refined materials with modern functionality. The remodel focused on the main living areas, including new white oak hardwood flooring, a custom staircase, two updated fireplaces, new carpet throughout, a full interior repaint, and a kitchen refresh that included painted cabinetry for a clean new color direction and new quartz countertops.
The kids’ bathroom was completely reimagined using high-end materials, featuring marble hexagon flooring, a curbless shower with a linear drain, and wall-mounted faucets for a sleek, contemporary finish. Tile fireplaces, updated lighting, and custom finishes throughout the home tie the design together into a warm and sophisticated space that’s both functional and timeless.
